JiLi333 Responsible Gaming: Where to Find Limits, Exclusion and Help
Every page on this site is written for adults who choose to play and want to keep it that way. This page gathers the rules and the help in one place.
Age
In the Philippines the gambling age is 21. PAGCOR lists persons under 21 years of age among those prohibited from gambling, and the JiLi333 lobby’s own footer says its product is for users over 21. If you are under 21, do not play, and do not use the Register button.
PAGCOR’s own reminders
PAGCOR’s responsible gaming page gives four reminders: gambling is not a source of income; set time limits for each gambling session; never borrow money or use all of your resources for gambling; and don’t chase your losses. Its Responsible Gaming Code of Practice applies to gaming establishments and online gaming platforms it oversees.
Set your own limits first
Decide a monthly money limit you could lose entirely, a stop time for each session and a loss line that ends a session early, and write them down before you play. The page on setting gambling limits explains how to set each one with tools already on your phone and in your bank or wallet.
Self-exclusion and family exclusion
PAGCOR runs an exclusion programme. Self-exclusion is for patrons who feel they are developing a problem: you may request 6 months, 1 year or 5 years, the order lifts automatically at the end, and the first six months cannot be revoked. Family exclusion lets a spouse, child or parent request 6 months, 1 year or 3 years. Applications need the form, a government-issued photo ID and two recent 2x2 colour photos, and PAGCOR’s page says exclusion is implemented across all sites it licenses and operates.
Help lines
The National Problem Gambling Helpline, a joint project of PAGCOR and the Seagulls Flock Organization, lists the landline (02) 824 89568 on its own site; callers speak with a trained para-counselor and need not give personal information. It is not a crisis service.
For a mental health crisis, the DOH’s Cordillera regional office lists the NCMH Crisis Hotline mobile numbers 0917 899 8726, 0966 351 4518 and 0908 639 2672, and the helpline’s site gives 1553 or 1800-1888-1553. The mental health hotline list sets out each number with its source. If anyone is in immediate danger, call emergency services.
Signs to stop
Stop and get help if you are chasing losses, borrowing to play, hiding play from people you live with, or playing past the limits you set. None of these gets better with one more session.
